Director Dealing
The Company has been informed that Non-Executive Director, Mr. John Hodgson, acquired an indirect interest in 5,000,000 ordinary shares in the Company when he was added as a discretionary beneficiary to The HDS Trust on 3 January 2014. The shares remain registered in the name of Fenwick Limited as nominee for the trustee.
Mr. Hodgson is additionally the registered shareholder of 440,000 Ordinary Shares in the Company and his combined beneficial interest represents 7.6% of the total issued share capital and Total Voting Rights of the Company.
