Eckoh was notified on 11 August 2009 of the following share buying by Mr Christopher Batterham, non-Executive Director and Chairman designate of the Company:
On 11 August Mr Batterham bought 150,000 ordinary shares in the Company at 8.5p per share. Following the purchase, Mr Batterham's has a beneficial interest in 250,000 ordinary shares representing 0.13% of the Company's issued share capital and total voting rights.
