("the Company") The Company announces that it issued 54,972 common shares of the Company to PaulC MacNeill, and 80,309 shares to Bernard R Pryor, both Directors of the Company.These shares were issued to Mr MacNeill and Mr Pryor in exchange for theirterminating options exercisable over respectively 100,000 and 250,000 commonshares of the Company. Application has been made for these Shares to be admitted to AIM on 8th November2005. The price of these options is determined by the exercise price of the terminatedoptions, the trade weighted average market price for the 5 previous days tradingon the Toronto Stock Exchange, and any resulting UK Employee Income Tax andNational Insurance Contributions. Following the issue of these shares, Mr. MacNeill will hold 54,972 Sharesrepresenting 0.08 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company, and MrPryor will hold 80,309 Shares representing 0.11 per cent. of the issued sharecapital of the Company.
