Director/PDMR Shareholding
Jet2 plc, the Leisure Travel group, announces that Philip Meeson, Executive Chairman of the Company, sold 2,000,000 ordinary shares of 1.25p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") on 8 July 2021, at £11.88 per Ordinary Share.
Following this transaction, Mr Meeson beneficially holds a total of 45,305,000 Ordinary Shares representing 21.12% of the Company's issued share capital.
