Director's dealing
The Company has been informed on 26 September 2013 that on the same day Stuart Clark, Non-Executive Director, purchased a total of 90,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 83p per Ordinary Share.
Following this transaction, Mr. Clark's total direct beneficial holding in the Company is 90,000 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.13 per cent. of the Company's issued Ordinary Share Capital.
