Prime People PLC19 July 2006 Prime People plc Change in Director's Shareholding Prime People plc (the "Company") announces that on 17 July 2006, it was notifiedthat, on the same date, John Lewis, a non-executive director of the Company,acquired 40,000 ordinary shares of 10p each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 104 pence per share, increasing his totalshareholding to 960,849 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 7.99% of theissued Ordinary Share capital of the Company. On the same date, the Company was also notified that, on 17 July 2006, OliverWright sold 40,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of 104 pence per share, reducinghis shareholding in the Company to 472,424 Ordinary Shares, representingapproximately 3.93% of the issued Ordinary Share capital of the Company.
