Seattle, U.S.A. - HaloSource, Inc. (HALO.LN), the clean water and antimicrobial technology company traded on London's AIM, was notified yesterday that Martin Coles, Chief Executive Officer, has purchased 130,000 ordinary shares in the Company at an average price of 22.5 pence per share. Following this purchase, Martin Coles holds shares representing approximately 0.2% of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
