Notification of Transactions of Directors, Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility ("PDMRs") or Connected Persons

The Company announces that on 3 October 2012, Dr Michael Cooke, a PDMR of the Company, and his wife Mrs Heather K Cooke, disposed of 3,500 and 6,000 shares of 10p each in the Company ("Shares"), respectively, at a price of 337 pence per Share, for personal tax reasons.

Following the sale, Dr Michael Cooke and his wife hold 111,382 Shares representing 0.07% of the issued share capital of the Company.
