BTG Sharesave Plan

On 23 July 2015 the Company approved the grant of 713 BTG plc shares to Louise Makin and 1,784 BTG plc shares to Rolf Soderstrom under the BTG Sharesave Plan 2009. The grant will be exercisable on 1 October 2018 at a price of 504.40p (being the average of the closing mid-market share prices on 29 June - 1 July 2015 less 20%), assuming the three-year savings contract is completed and subject to continued employment.
