Notification of transactions of Directors/Persons discharging managerial responsibility and connected persons
The Company was today notified that on 21 October 2008 the following director had been conditionally granted share options over Ordinary Shares in the Company by the Ted Baker Group Employee Benefit Trust. No payment was made for the grant of the options.

Share options have an exercise price of 353 pence per share and become exercisable in 22 October 2011.
As at 23 October 2008, LD Page has a beneficial interest in 313,497 Ordinary Shares in the Company representing 0.75% of the Company's issued Ordinary Share capital with voting rights.
