Immunodiagnostic Systems Holdings PLC ("the Company"), a leading producer of diagnostic testing kits, has been informed that yesterday Mrs Nicola Hailes, the wife of Paul Hailes, Finance Director, has sold 15,000 ordinary shares of 2p in the Company at a price of 940 pence. 

Following this disposal Paul Hailes has a beneficial interest in 540,689 shares. This includes 25,100 shares held by Mrs. Hailes.
