Bellway PLC10 December 2007 BELLWAY PLC DIRECTOR'S SHAREHOLDINGS 10TH DECEMBER 2007 The company was informed on Friday 7th December that under the terms of theBellway plc Employee Share Trust (1992) (an arrangement to reward directors andemployees) 67,931 Bellway plc 12.5p ordinary shares were transferred on 7thDecember to the following directors for a consideration of £1 per director: John Watson - 28,682Peter Stoker - 21,134Alistair Leitch - 18,115 67,931 In addition, a further 10,567 shares were transferred to another employee at thesame time for a consideration of £1.
