In accordance with Paragraph 3.1.2 of the Disclosure and Transparency Rules, WS Atkins plc ("the Company") was notified on Monday 16 June 2008 that on the 16 June the Trustees of the Plan purchased ordinary shares of 0.5 pence each in the Company at a price of £10.7931 per share on behalf of the directors and persons discharging managerial responsibilities, as set out below:
