National Express Group PLC21 March 2006 National Express Group PLC was notified yesterday of the following Directors'dealings in the Company's ordinary shares of 5p each: On 20 March 2006 Phil White exercised his options over 67,726 shares, granted on5 July 2002 at an option price of £5.85 and 169,598 shares, granted on 18 March2003 at an option price of £3.98. On 20 March 2006 Mr White sold 237,324 sharesat a price of £9.15. His total shareholding therefore remains at 165,408 (0.11%of the issued share capital). Mr White also has options over a further 298,248shares. On 20 March 2006 Adam Walker exercised his options over 19,471 shares, grantedon 5 July 2002 at an option price of £5.85 and 75,377 shares, granted on 18March 2003 at an option price of £3.98. On 20 March 2006 Mr Walker sold 85,148shares at a price of £9.15 and retained 9,700 shares. This increases his totalshareholding from 9,700 to 19,400 (0.01% of the issued share capital).
