Big Yellow Group PLC29 September 2005 Big Yellow Group PLC For immediate release Director's shareholding Big Yellow Group PLC (the 'Company') announces that James Gibson, an executivedirector of the Company, exercised an option to acquire 750,000 Ordinary Sharesat 10 pence per share on Tuesday 27th September. This option was granted to himunder the Big Yellow Group PLC Unapproved Share Option Plan on 24th September1998. Following this transaction, Mr Gibson's total holding in the Company is2,586,000 shares, representing 2.54% of the issued share capital of the Company The Company also announces that it was informed today that David Ross, a non-executive director of the Company, yesterday acquired 175,000 ordinary shares at236 pence.
