Helphire Group PLC19 November 2007 HELPHIRE GROUP PLC (the "Company") Director's Holdings: Share Transfer from spouse The Company received notification on 19th November 2007 that on 16th November2007 Amanda Lindsay, the spouse of David Lindsay the Company's Finance Director,transferred 32,591 (0.024%) of the Company's ordinary 5p shares to DavidLindsay. Prior to this transaction David Lindsay had a beneficial interest in 167,269(0.121%) of the Company's shares and Amanda Lindsay had a beneficial interest in32,591 (0.024%) of the Company's shares. Following this transaction DavidLindsay now has a beneficial interest in 199,860 ordinary 5p shares in theCompany representing (0.145%) of the current shares in issue.
