On 4th April 2012, the Company received notification that Mr Alexander Davies, a PDMR, bought a total of 1,328 Hargreaves Lansdown PLC 0.4p ordinary shares at a price of 471.53 pence per share.
The total number of ordinary shares purchased represents 0.0003% of the ordinary shares in issue.
Mr Davies's resultant shareholding is 1,142,780 ordinary shares which represents 0.24% of issued share capital.
Hargreaves Lansdown (Nominees) Limited is the registered shareholder as nominee for the above PDMR. The transaction took place in Bristol on 4th April 2012.
