On 19th December 2008 the executive directors listed below exercised performance and matching share awards, over Ordinary Shares of 2.5 pence ('shares') in the Company, that have now vested under the Enterprise Inns 2005 Long Term Incentive Plan. This is in respect of performance and matching share awards made on 19th December 2005 for the financial year beginning 1st October 2005 as Long Term Incentives which have now become exercisable.
