CHANGES TO BENEFICIAL INTEREST

The Company was notified on 17 August 2012 that Ian Marchant's son would turn 18 years old on 18 August 2012. From this date Ian Marchant will no longer hold an interest in 500 ordinary shares of the Company held in his son's name.

Following this notification, Ian Marchant has a beneficial interest in 237,744 shares.
