Director shareholding
Sabien (AIM: SNT), the manufacturer of the patented M2G energy saving devices, announces that it has been notified that Karl Monaghan, a non-executive director of the Company, yesterday purchased 250,000 ordinary shares of 5 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at 2.163 pence per share representing 0.9 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital. Karl Monaghan does not hold any other Ordinary Shares.
