SABMiller plc was notified on 17 December 2013 that Mr C A Van Kralingen, a PDMR, had on 17 December 2013 exercised an option to purchase 5,100 SABMiller ordinary shares at an option price of R96.95 per share.

5,100 ordinary shares in the Company were subsequently sold at a price of R505.7407 per share on 17 December 2013 in Johannesburg
