Euromoney Institutional Investor PLC (the "Company") has been notified of the following transactions in the Company's ordinary shares of 0.25 pence each.
As announced on 1 October 2015, Andrew Rashbass, Chief Executive Officer, was granted an award of options over 221,011 ordinary shares of 0.25p in accordance with the Remuneration Policy approved by shareholders at the General Meeting held on 1 June 2015.
Under the terms of this share award, 44,203 options vested on 30 September 2019. Andrew Rashbass exercised 44,203 options on 4 June 2020 and on 4 June 2020 sold 20,775 shares to settle resulting tax liabilities and transferred 23,428 shares to his wife, J Rashbass.
