Senior plc has been notified that on 24 March 2010, Andrew Bodenham, a PDMR, and his wife collectively sold 14,063 Ordinary 10 pence shares in the Company, at an average price of 99.7 pence per share. They immediately acquired 14,180 Ordinary 10 pence shares in the Company, at an average price of 100.3 pence per share through Bed and ISA arrangements. Following these transactions, Mr and Mrs Bodenham hold 170,275 shares in the Company.
