Bakkavor Group plc (LON: BAKK) announces that on 29 July 2025, Lydur Gudmundsson, a Director/PDMR of the Company received a distribution of 3,240,741 Ordinary shares of 2 pence each in the Company, transferred from Umbriel Ventures Ltd (which holds shares of the Company on behalf of Lydur Gudmundsson as beneficial owner) for Nil consideration.
