Brewin Dolphin Holdings PLC (LSE:BRW) has received notification that the beneficial holdings of Sarah Soar, a Director of the Company, have changed due to her child reaching the age of majority. The result of this change from minor to adult is that Mrs Soar's holding has decreased from 316,847 ordinary shares of 1p each ("Ordinary Shares") to 308,460 Ordinary Shares.

Her resultant holding in Ordinary Shares in the Company is 308,460 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 0.1237% of the total issued share capital of the Company (of which 60,419 are nil paid ordinary shares) and the total number of Ordinary Shares over which options are held by her is 136,787.
