The Company announces that it was notified on 19 November 2024, that Nicholas Lyth, director/person discharging managerial responsibility (PDMR) in the Company, has transferred 2,000,000 ordinary shares of £0.01 each in the Company (Ordinary Shares) at nil consideration to his adult son, who is not a person closely associated (PCA).

 

Following the transfer, Nicholas Lyth's resultant interest in Ordinary Shares is 4,688,500, representing 1.08% of Cykel's issued share capital.
