Notification of Transaction of Person Discharging Managerial Responsibility
("PDMR")
The Company has been notified today that on 16 August 2018, Steve Atkinson, a PDMR of the Company, sold 122 ordinary shares of 25p each in the Company ("Shares") at a price of 1650.0p per Share.
As a result, Steve Atkinson's beneficial interest in the Company has decreased by 122 Shares.
