Notification of transaction by person discharging managerial responsibilities ("PDMR") and connected persons

REA announces that, in accordance with the requirements of Rule 3.1.2R of the Disclosure and Transparency Rules of the Financial Services Authority, it received notification on 24 August 2011 from Mr D H R Killick, a PDMR, that Sissel Killick, a person connected with Mr Killick, purchased in London on 24 August 2011 10,000 REA ordinary shares of 25 pence at a price of 579.5 pence per share.
