Imperial Tobacco Group PLC ('Imperial Tobacco' or the 'Company')
Notification of transactions of Directors and Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities ('PDMRs') or Connected Persons.
Imperial Tobacco has been advised by the Trustees of Imperial Tobacco's Employee and Executive Benefit Trust (the 'Trust') that the following Directors and PDMRs exercised options over ordinary shares of 10 pence each ('Shares') in the Company under the Imperial Tobacco Group International Sharesave Plan, the UK element having HM Revenue & Customs' approval.
