AVEVA Group plc (the "Company") announces that on Wednesday, 1 March 2017, David Wheeldon, a PDMR of the Company, sold 1,500 shares at a price of £19.09 per share, and that his wife Gaynor Wheeldon sold 1,500 shares at a price of £19.01 per share.

Following this, David Wheeldon beneficially owns 72,774 shares representing 0.11% of the issued share capital of the Company.
