Director Shareholding

The Company has been informed that on 09 June 2011 Emmanuel Sebag, a director of the Company, sold 13,216 ordinary shares of 1p each in two separate transactions as follows:

6,376 shares sold at 208.75p

6,840 shares sold at 205.50p

As a result of the above transaction Mr Sebag no longer has an interest in the Company's issued share capital.
