The Company was notified on 26 October, that on the same day, Jann Brown, the Co-Head of Business Development of the Company, bought 8,033 SOCO International plc ordinary shares of £0.05 each ("Shares") at a purchase price of £1.075 per Share. The Shares were purchased on the open market pursuant to a trading plan entered into on 9 February 2017.
Following this transaction, which represents 0.002% of the issued share capital of the Company (excluding shares held in treasury), Jann Brown holds 229,196 Shares, representing 0.069% of the issued share capital of the Company (excluding shares held in treasury).
