NOTIFICATION OF TRANSACTIONS OF DIRECTORS/PERSONS DISCHARGING MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITIESAND CONNECTED PERSONS
In accordance with DTR 3.1.4R, GKN plc (the `Company') announces that pursuant to the rules of the Company's employee share schemes, adjustments have been made to outstanding options and conditional awards to compensate for the effect of the Company's Rights Issue announced on 18 June 2009.
