The Company has been advised that on 24 September, 2014, Mr Simon Bax, a non-executive director of the Company, purchased 2,000 shares at 719.5p each and his spouse purchased 2,000 shares at 719.9p each.

Following the acquisitions, Mr Bax's beneficial interest in the Company's shares is 7,000 Ordinary Shares.
