("PTSG" or the "Company")
Director / PDMR Shareholding
PTSG, the niche specialist services provider, hereby notifies the market that, on 28 October 2016, pursuant to the Admission Document dated 5 February 2015 and the Deed dated 26 January 2015, 3,857,140 existing ordinary shares of 1p in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") were transferred to Roger Teasdale for nil consideration from Paul Teasdale (CEO), John Foley (Chairman) and Hawk Investment Holdings Limited in proportion to their existing shareholding on admission to AIM.
Roger Teasdale has subsequently sold 1,832,140 Ordinary Shares on the London Stock Exchange at a price of 78 pence per share to meet the tax obligation on the original transfer.
Subsequent to the transfer John Foley, Paul Teasdale, Roger Teasdale and Hawk Investment Holdings Limited are interested in a total of 74.3 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital as set out below:
