DIRECTOR/PDMR SHAREHOLDING

Further to the previous announcement dated 16 January 2012, Tesco PLC has been notified that on 23 December 2011, Mr R Brasher became entitled to 11,432 Ordinary shares of 5p each, at price of 398.7634 pence per share, under the Tesco Dividend Reinvestment Plan rather than 19,839 shares as previously stated.

This announcement is made in accordance with the requirements of DTR 3.1.4.
