IS Solutions was notified on 1 October 2010 that Michael Tinling, a director of the Company, acquired on the same day 8,400 ordinary shares at 37.5p per share increasing his holding in the Company to 353,059 ordinary shares.
Mr Tinling's holding represents 1.4 per cent of the Company's total issued ordinary share capital.
