Director/PDMR Shareholding

The Company was notified today that Richard Shacklady ('Mr Shacklady'), non-executive Chairman, purchased 2,500 ordinary shares of 5p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 295p in his wife's name. As a result of this transaction, Mr Shacklady is now interested in 57,500 Ordinary Shares representing 0.51% of the issued share capital of the Company.
