In accordance with DTR 3.1 and Article 19 of The Market Abuse Regulation, the Company was notified on 17 December 2019 that the Directors and Persons Discharging Management Responsibilities ("PDMR") listed below acquired Ordinary shares in the Company in London on 16 December 2019 at a purchase price of £8.49 per Ordinary Share as a result of his participation in the Company's Dividend Re-Investment Plans ("DRIP").
