Director Shareholding
Further to the announcement this morning, the Company was notified that on 5 October 2010, 100,000 ordinary shares of 5 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") were issued to Richard Morgan-Evans, a non-executive director of the Company, following the exercise of options under the Company's Enterprise Management Incentive share option scheme. The options were exercised at 33 pence per Ordinary Share.
Following this transaction, Richard Morgan-Evans has an interest in the Company of 100,000 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.16 % of the total issued share capital of the Company.
