Pittards Plc
Pittards plc, the specialist producer of technically advanced leather and luxury leather goods for sale to retailers, manufacturers and distributors, announces that Stephen Boyd, Chairman, has today acquired through his wholly owned services company, 3,333,333 shares in the Company at a price of 2.25p per share.
Following this purchase, Mr Boyd owns 11 million shares in the Company representing approximately 2.56 per cent of the issued share capital.
In addition, the Company has been informed that Chamberlain Plastics Limited, in which Mr Boyd has a controlling interest, has an interest in 8,666,667 shares, representing approximately 2 per cent of the issued share capital.
