Works Media Group (The) PLC29 June 2007 THE WORKS MEDIA GROUP PLC ("Works Media" or the "Company") Director dealing The Company today received notification that International Legal Associatespurchased on 28 June 500,000 Works Media ordinary shares (in addition to the100,000 Works Media ordinary shares which were notified earlier today) at aprice of 3.75p per share, and as a result, now holds an interest in 1,600,000ordinary shares of 0.1p each of the Company, representing approximately 1.31 percent. of the Company's issued share capital. Costa Theo, a director of the Company, is also a director of International LegalAssociates. Mr Theo is also a director of Milcoz Films Limited which holds16,666,667 ordinary shares in the Company. As a result, Mr Theo is interestedin a total of 18,266,667 ordinary shares in the Company representing 14.96% ofthe Company's issued share capital.
