Director/PDMR Shareholding

The Company announces that it has been informed today that David Durant, Director of Planning & Design, has transferred 400,000 ordinary shares of 10 pence in the Company to his spouse. This gift at nil consideration has not altered David Durant's beneficial interest in the ordinary shares in the Company which remains 1,261,428 ordinary shares representing 2.11% of the issued share capital and Total Voting Rights of the Company.
