Director Shareholding
Shaftesbury PLC announces that on 6 June 2011, the following transactions were completed following the exercise by certain Directors of unapproved options awarded under the Company's 2001 Share Option Scheme at an option price of £1.80 each. Each Director sold shares to fund the subscription price and meet taxation and national insurance liabilities. Jonathan Lane in addition sold some of the resulting shares and retained the balance.
