Manchester, UK - 7 August 2008 Tepnel Life Sciences PLC (AIM: TED), the UK- based international Molecular Diagnostics and Research Products & Services group, was
informed on 6 August 2008 that Alec Craig, Non-Executive Chairman, purchased 250,000 ordinary
shares in the Company on 6 August 2008 at 10.7p each.
Mr Craig is now interested in 2,000,000 ordinary shares representing approximately 0.87 per
cent. of the ordinary issued share capital of the Company.
