Huntsworth, the healthcare and communications group, announces that it was notified on 23 May 2019 of the following transactions in ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") by Directors, and Persons Closely Associated with Directors, each subscribing for new Ordinary Shares pursuant to the Placing at a price of 93 pence per Placing Share.
