Notification of transactions of directors, persons discharging managerial responsibility or connected persons in accordance with DR 3.1.4R

SABMiller plc was notified on 22 July 2013 that the E.A.G. Mackay Family Trust, a person connected with Mr E.A.G. Mackay, a Director, had between 16 and 18 July 2013 sold a total of 350,000 SABMiller plc ordinary shares in London, of which:

(i) 138,000 shares were sold on 16 July 2013 at a price of £32.668 per share;

(ii) 50,000 shares were sold on 17 July 2013 at a price of £32.5074 per share; and

(iii) 162,000 shares were sold on 18 July 2013 at a price of £32.514 per share.

Following these sales, Mr E.A.G. Mackay remains beneficially interested in 1,408,186 ordinary shares in SABMiller plc.
