The Company has been notified that Tom Arseneault, a Person Discharging Managerial Responsibilities (PDMR), yesterday disposed of 48,843 ordinary shares of 2.5 pence each in BAE Systems plc at a price of US$7.5473 per share. The transaction took place on the London Stock Exchange.
