Person discharging managerial responsibility shareholding

The Company has been notified that Charles Gregson, the non-executive Chairman of NEX Group plc and Mrs Caroline Gregson (a person closely associated with Charles Gregson), acquired the following interests in NEX Group plc shares on 20 January 2017:

- Charles Gregson 47,000 ordinary shares; and

- Caroline Gregson 3,000 ordinary shares.

These shares were acquired at a purchase price of £5.388968 per share. 

Following the above, Charles Gregson has an interest in 211,360 ordinary shares in the Company.
