The Company was notified on 16 October 2015 that on 15 October 2015, the PDMRs listed below acquired Ordinary Shares of £1 each as shown below. This was as a result of reinvestment of the interim dividend paid in respect of their shares held through the Company’s all employee Sharebuild Plan (an HMRC approved Share Incentive Plan). The shares were acquired at a price of 407.40 pence per share.
